CDL has drafted this document, which
details how we gather and disseminate information,
in an effort to demonstrate our strong commitment
to online privacy. Please contact us if you have any

Client
Confidentiality
As a normal and necessary component
of providing services for our clients, CDL may require
access to information that is considered confidential,
proprietary, a trade secret, or a competitive advantage.
Our handling of this information is bound by a confidentiality
and non-disclosure agreement. Further, such information
is compartmentalized within our organization, and
shared with designated employees strictly on a need-to-know
basis. Those not directly involved in processing our
client's confidential information do not have access
to, or knowledge of, that information.
Our storage of such information
is confined to restricted areas of our internal private
network, and is in no way connected to our public
network, such as web site, ftp site, or email server.
Where CDL provides services as
a subcontractor, our direct contact with the contractor
is our client of record, not the end-user of the product
or services we provide on the contractor's behalf.
As such, CDL never considers the contractor's client
to be our own client. Our involvement with the contractor's
client remains confidential, as does the content and
nature of the products and services provided.

Use of Internet Protocol Address
We use your Internet protocol (IP) address
for several reasons: to help diagnose problems with
our server, to administer our Web site, and to gather
broad demographic information.

Use of Registration Information
Our site's registration area requires
customers to supply contact information, such as name
and e-mail address, and demographic information, such
as your ZIP code. We use this information to send
you promotional materials and other periodic communications
from our company. However, users may opt out of —
or opt in to — these promotional e-mail messages

When you request a quotation or additional
information, CDL requests your contact information.
The contact information you provide is used to communicate
with you regarding your orders. You can opt out or

CDL encourages communications between
you and us via electronic mail (email). We do not
make public the contents of such communications, but
ask you to please note that information that is disclosed
in email may be publicly viewable during transmission.

and off-line backup systems to protect the loss, misuse
or alteration of information placed under our control.

We do not collect or use any online

information about a child without parental consent.
We do not distribute personally identifiable information
about children without parental consent. We do not
give children the ability to post or distribute personal
information without prior consent. We do not entice
children with games or contests that would encourage
them to disclose personal information.
