Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives
(CSR's) will follow your project from start
to finish. Their job is to correctly communicate your
needs and specifications to our production staff and
to supervise and coordinate any necessary contact
between you and our staff to assure an accurate and
timely finished product.
Your
CSR will be your primary contact with CDL. You are
encouraged to call them anytime with any questions
you may have regarding your current job or any potential
future projects. If your CSR cannot answer your question,
he/she will find the best person at CDL to return
a call to you in a timely manner.
Complete Project Management
Your CSR manages every step of the
project. With CDL’s diverse internal capabilities
involving the receipt of electronic files, preparation
of digitally reproduced documents, bindery, off-set
printing, kitting facilities and shipping procedures,
our need to subcontract is minimal to non-existent.
In those instances where critical schedules
require subcontracting a portion of the project, we
maintain close business relationships with businesses
that have shown their ability to meet our quality
standards, confidentiality requirements, security,
and price guidelines. And we periodically make personal
visits to their facilities to assure their continued
ability to conform to our high standards.By requiring
samples prior to production runs, matching them against
customer originals, and inspecting the finished product
when it is returned to our facility, CDL maintains
both the integrity and the expected quality of the
finished product. Any divergence from those standards
will cause an immediate rejection of the work.
